ABOUT COMPANY

The Finance Admin Assistant will report to the Office Services superintendent and will be responsible to manage & give support in standardizing seller( business and existent) enrollment while icing strict compliance as per the agreed Procurement programs & procedures. The finance adjunct will give support to the Finance platoon and will also be in charge for raising purchase orders and process payments. This part will be needed to liaise with the different functions to insure fiscal payments across the business, are done in a timely manner and are recorded in the most logical way for the Financial Judges to do the reporting consequently.

What you ’ll be doing

• Follow up with finance in case of late payments
• Support the platoon with executive liabilities like autographs on documents, cash and payment forms
• Admit internal purchase importunity from business units
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to prepare a purchase order
• Issue purchase order for blessing through the right workflow route
• Issue purchase orders to merchandisers and requestors and advise on anticipated delivery date
• Support in liaising with the functional units to identify Forex conditions and report same to storeroom department.
• Support in liaising with banks for bank guarantees, letter of credit( Import/ import) as requested by operations.
• insure effective, timely and effective set- up of new seller( business and freelancers) enrollment .
• Review seller documents and insure the handed data is directly entered on the system.
• help in assaying the inter company, head office charges and other charges and insure proper controls as compared to calculated numbers and seek proper explanation to validate them.
• Help in allocation of the common charges to colorful cost centers as per predefined criteria and insure control over common accounts.
• give support and response to all seller queries, and escalate them to necessary departments for resolution.
• Identify, prioritize and collect the procurement requirements of the internal stakeholders, review specifications with a view to icing optimal procurement in terms of cost, quality and time.
• gain necessary blessings and raise purchase order on the most cost effective and feasible supplier and insure
• the delivery of goods as per terms and conditions indicated on the purchase orders
• Maintain the data, records and updates regarding the different installations and the Refurbishment/ revision/ improvement systems
• Support Finance director to source screen suitable service and consumable; negotiate and administer contracts to assure compliance.
• Support directors with commercial credit card agreements.
• Managing periodic digital platoon’s tools payments.
• help the administration platoon with business trip conditions

About You Education/ instrument and Continued Education

A bachelorette’s degree in Commerce/ Accounting or Finance

Times of Experience

• Experience in an online retail company will be an added advantage.
• 2 – 5 times ’ experience in Finance administration within a procurement function.
• Knowledge/ experience in transnational account practice in a motorized terrain.
