Star Liability

• Account opening, conservation WBG and PBG
• Prioritizing process completion depending upon high net worth and league 1 guests
• Manage and plan coffers for optimal effectiveness especially planning absence or leaves
• Account opening, normal over 100 documents per day, conciliation of physical documents
• Overnight safe guardianship of original physical documents under guardianship
• lift, supervise the Offshore Processing Team pertaining to
• Account opening CCBB/ PBG
• Cheque Book allocation, Special Cheque Book
• Online Banking, SMS, IVR Banking
• System blessing for COB( High threat) IPAD( High threat) and MB accounts
• Major support involved in this part are
• authorize or reject COB-High threat accounts, IPAD, MB accounts
• help and Support to manage the functional functions to insure of the following
• Approving disbenefit cards in the Instant allocation or DCR for above cases
• Escalate blessings to the coming position of operation where needed

Is responsible for

• share at the medication stage of the BRD for a stoner perspective, conduct UAT with other members for deployment of approved CR
• Work on continues process reviews and advancements to insure client experience & anticipation is met.
• nearly cover the movement of original physical documents between ASU & Central Archiving Unit
• As Back- over for Time Deposit/ CCBB opening/ OA payments blessing
• Act as common bank admin for special bank controlled admin for iBusiness in confluence with IAM
• give backing to the Unit Head SSD in completing the day to day operations of the Unit
• authorize the scanning in SIG- CAP handled at Onshore
• Support to develop andcross-train the platoon for better resource application during extremities.
• share in designing BRD at a stoner perspective for upgrades in the processes handled at the Unit.
• Holding the original physical documents as common custodian
• icing the physical documents are conformed on a diurnal base.
• Rework linked by Offshore, rectification exercise in collaboration with Branches RM’s
• Identify/ propose optimization openings, grounded on the gests gained in the day to day functions for farther enhancement.
• Support the director- SSD- ASU to address complete inspection compliances, Coordinate with adjudicators and amend the irregularities and scarcities observed to insure compliance with the standard programs, procedures and statutory conditions.
