3. singly decide on and authorise force orders and contracts for values upto AED 100,000. Where contract values exceed this fiscal limit, assay and prepare reports & recommendations for review & blessing at director P&L, VP & SVP position, as necessary.
4. insure that the sourcing,pre-qualification and evaluation of suppliers is carried out as per company norms programs to assess what services and products they're good to give thereby icing that the correct products and services are available
5. insure that the tender documents are developed and leadcross-functional brigades to produce detailed specifications( where applicable, in confluence with Legal and other departments) and to latterly issue for tender to gain equal and competitive citations.
6. Proactively search for and identify openings for cost reduction wherever possible. Benchmark the performance of their sections against available statistics pointers and identify areas for enhancement. This will include knowledge of specialized advances, request developments and other applicable changes in the force request.
7. Critically estimate reports generated by reporting staff to assess performance of their separate sections and take corrective action where needed.
8. As an account director, give expert advice to client departments during product design phase in order to optimise value for plutocrat to the Group.
9. Negotiate contract prices and terms and conditions where business impact/ value/ threat is supposed high, to insure that the Companys ’ stylish contractual and marketable position is attained. insure that force and marketable threat is minimised.
