ABOUT COMPANY

Job Purpose

Effectively control Purchasing of Aircraft reserves, Buyer Furnished Equipment( BFE), Tools, Consumables and revision/ Retrofit Accoutrements needed by Engineering in order to support the business to maintain asked Aircraft dispatch trustability norms. Efficiently control coffers for timely delivery of group and sectional objects. Support development of strategic methodology for reserves copping of each type of outfit at optimum cost.

1. Establish effective relationship with internal stakeholders and merchandisers and be the first point of escalation to insure timely resolution of any outstanding controversies.

5. insure timely sourcing( where applicable), purchasing and borrowing of assigned group of particulars, including BFE and Retrofit/ Mod particulars and breakdown reserves of in- house fixable particulars in line with the Procurement policy, EK Engineering Procedures and Authority Manual. Authorise release purchase orders for values up to assigned fiscal limit. For values above fiscal limit, gain fiscal blessing from competent authority.
6. insure timely concurrence of checks and Stores disagreement through effective collaboration with internal stakeholder/ merchandisers to avoid backlogs, counterblockade stock make up and credit holds.
