ABOUT COMPANY

KEY liabilities

• Analyses operation rates of rotable and disposable stocks in caterer storages grounded on passenger loads and literal operation via daily and yearly stock returns.

• Takes the lead on all stocktake conditions across all storages and have a physical presence where needed( audited stock- takes; special stock- takes) and coordinate and liaise between all external service providers and internal Finance Department on same.
• Analyses the operation of Buy- on- Board products grounded on operation and liaise with internal associates to corroborate to deals. Maintain situations of stock needed to support trade peaks and troughs.
• Supports the Buy- on- Board products within the software system in use by the company. conservation of stock situations, stock details, stock conditions for POS bias, stock takes, stock dissonances and overall stock operation processes to insure flawless process.
• Supports feeding Logistics Specialist with GLP development, establishment, and distribution.
• Ensures GLP is accurate for lading to enable weights of placarded stowages to be advised to Performance masterminds to be used in cargo Control weight and balance of breakouts.
• Maintains connections with concurrence agents, shippers, original agents and logistics providers of suppliers to insure on- time concurrence and posterior delivery of goods to storehouse.
• Maintains connections with Government agents similar as Dubai Municipality, Port Authorities and Dubai Customs to maximise benefits to flydubai.
• Develops and maintains supplier database in number of software systems as in use by flydubai. Suppliers of food andnon-food particulars. Including the operation of supplier contracts; performance( DIFOT), supplier functional and product development meetings.
