Main Conditioning Tasks

• Support the credit operation on guests ’ overdue treatment with result Deals, Account Management & Finance
• Manage post deals exertion for all results( on executive viewpoint)
• Contribute to the short- term backlog billing cast exercise and its achievements
• give agreed reporting to results Deals, client, Finance & BPA Management
• Attend deals meetings, client meetings and delivery center steering panels when needed
• Clean and update billing backlog to insure billing on time
• Act as Main interface for result deals, Account directors( and guests for specific conditioning), finance and design operation/ SDM during order treatment process.
• Relay information to/ from guests versus design director/ result deals
• Organize kick off meeting( Engagement Review) at purchase order event for large or non intermittent
• systems with all result actors Project Manager, Solution Deals and Finance( Change Point or Oracle Engagement reviews)
• Check client’s Po & Book it in Gemalto ERP order entry system to allow treatment from design director
• POs follow- up and selling in collaboration with internal interfaces and client a visionary mode
