ABOUT COMPANY

Job Purpose

The Social Media Specialist will be part of the Marketing and Communication platoon reporting directly to the Marketing & Communication Manager. This contestant will be responsible to develop and produce content, apply strategies, track and optimize CUDs social media marketing juggernauts across all digital channels.

Job Part

The Social Media Specialist duties include, but aren't limited to, the following:

Areas of Responsibility

• Be an expert in content creation. induce, edit, publish and partake diurnal content( original textbook, images, videotape or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action engage.
• Develop creative content applicable for each social media platform Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tik Tok.
• Be active with the pupil body, and be connected with the Student Affairs and Student Recruitment departments, to be apprehensive of all pupil conditioning to give content and produce engagement with scholars and the community on social media platforms.
• unite with platoon members and other departments to produce engaging content for CUD enterprise and events.
• Design, make and maintain our social media presence.
• Attend CUD events on and off lot to give social media content.( Some events will be outside of the standard working hours, in gloamings or on the weekends.)
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing juggernauts and assess against pretensions( ROI and KPIs).
• Identify trends and perceptivity and optimize spend and performance grounded on the perceptivity.
• Continuously ameliorate by landing and assaying the applicable social data criteria , perceptivity and stylish practices, and also acting on the information.
• Plan, execute, and measure trials and conversion tests.
• unite with agencies and other seller mates, as needed for specific juggernauts and purposes.
• figure and execute social media strategy through competitive exploration, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and followership identification.
• Maintain a social media timetable of ongoing juggernauts, as well as sporadic/ bone - off posts grounded on what’s being on lot, and post consequently.
• Communicate new and creative growth strategies.

Qualification & Experience

• Experience with and an understanding of social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Tik Tok
• largely creative with experience in relating target cult and contriving digital juggernauts that engage, inform and motivate action
• Experience in creative crusade development
• A affiliated university undergraduate degree or a two- three- time instrument/ parchment.
• Proven work experience in social media – both organic and paid juggernauts
• Strong logical chops and data- driven thinking
• Up- to- date with the rearmost trends and stylish practices in online marketing/ social media
• Canadian cooperation or a keen understanding of Canada is needed.
