Purpose

Engage with concessionaires to insure delivery of contractual crucial performance pointers of Operations, profit and client Service. Act as first point of contact for the concessionaire for any functional, contractual, or other tasks on behalf of the customer. End to end operation of contractual performance of the concessionaire. Examiner performance and functional norms to insure delivery of client service, and income objects.

Liabilities

• Development and medication of retail concession areas and collaboration of workshop to insure delivery of the unit.
• Be the diurnal point of contact for circa 40 F&B brands and insure durability of their operations in order to deliver on client satisfaction and meet customer’s prospects.
• Understand all contractual scores and prospects as linked in contractual accommodations and attestation.
• To manage, check, cover and communicate with the concessionaire and crucial internal stakeholders to insure delivery of anticipated performance.
• issues and identify openings beyond contractual scores.
• Review weekly and yearly fiscal reports and cover the deals of the drivers. punctuate any implicit profit impact, probe and develop results to offset or roll out salutary conduct.
• Support the Head of F&B in developing a monthly individual concession plan with each F&B driver through exploration analysis and recommendations.
• Work nearly with the Head of F&B to deliver politic plans for new or being drivers for all new development systems.
• Lead health and safety examinations along with the HSSE department to give yearly reports to the Head of F&B.
• Plan ahead for all concession contract expiries out of contracts debt including the identification and delivery of new space and new generalities to support business growth.
• Liaise with marketing brigades to determine promotional conditioning of a order.
